Transitioning into corporate roles, first driving financial strategies at a major tech conglomerate, then spearheading operational control in the manufacturing sector, I experienced these inefficiencies firsthand. In manufacturing, where every cent and second counts, traditional financial reporting was simply looking in the rearview mirror.
